Getting started with your goals

Getting started on your goals can often feel daunting & overwhelming and usually this is because we focus on how much we have to do to get there or how long it will take. This type of thinking can not only cause us to give up at the first perceived set back but can sometimes even stop us from starting in the first place.


If you are feeling like this, focus JUST on getting started, that first step 🦶

When that step is done find the next one. 🦶 🦶


You may have to stop 🛑, you may even have to go back to the start but that’s ok 👌

Keep those small achievable steps in your sights. It doesn’t matter how many times you use that start line.


Celebrate every step you’ve made, LEARN from the set backs and leave them behind you.
