We provide one to one sessions and small group training, so you can exercise with a partner or friend, up to 2 people.


After an initial consultation, your exercise training program and nutrition goals will be designed to work with your schedule, abilities, interests and, lifestyle.


All sessions are up to an hour long and can take place at your home (inside or outside), at our private studio, at Plaxtol Cricket Club, or at a local park.


You do not need space or equipment to have a good workout, just enthusiasm, and commitment.
