Our friendly classes are suitable for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced and all exercises can be amended to suit your level. We can cater to injury recovery and pre & post-natal clients.
We have indoor facilities and exercise both outside and inside.
These fun and varied classes consist of cardiovascular training, interval training, strength training with both weights and bodyweight, core training and mobility.
Children and babies welcome, but under your supervision.
