Our online service via Skype offers the same personalised training program, varied and fun plans, technique-focused exercises and motivation & support as our face to face training. We can work in small or large spaces and with or without equipment to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
Online Fitness Classes
Our Skype classes are a fun and versatile way to keep exercising throughout these difficult times.
Our classes will predominantly be bodyweight and core focussed. You can chat & interact with the group, or take part privately.
Classes will be a maximum of an hour and are accessible to all ages as all exercises can be adapted to suit your fitness level and ability.
