Sausage & Bean Casserole

Ingredients
550g venison or chicken sausages, cooked & chopped
40g chorizo
240g beans, tinned
120g wild rice
100g chopped tomatoes
1 onion
2 celery sticks
1 garlic clove
1 tsp smoked paprika
400ml chicken or vegetable stock
Method
Cook the sausages then chop into slices
In an
ovenproof dish, cook the chorizo for 3 minutes on a medium heat
add the onion, celery and garlic and cook for 2 minutes
add the sausages, beans, tomatoes, stock and paprika and transfer to the oven
cook in a preheated oven at 200 C or 180C fan oven for 30 minutes
serve with rice
This can also be cooked in a slow cooker.
