Turkey Chilli with Bulgar Wheat

Serves 6 Ingredients 1 container 500g (raw), Turkey Mince 125g, Cracked Bulgar Wheat 1 medium, Onions - Raw 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1 tbsp tomato puree 1 tin 200g, Kidney Beans, drained 2 tins 400g, chopped tomatoes 2 medium, Carrots - Raw 1 medium, Pepper - Sweet, red, raw 15 ml, Extra Virgin Olive Oil 80g, Frozen Broad Beans 80g, Frozen Green Beans 40g, Sweetcorn - Frozen 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp coriander 1 - 1.5 tsp hot chilli powder to taste Method Heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Add the onion and garlic and fry gently for 2 minutes. Add the tomato puree and fry for 2 minutes. Add the turkey mince, salt pepper, paprika, coriander, cumin and chilli powder. Fry until the mince is cooked through. Add the chopped tomatoes, kidney beans and frozen vegetables. Stir to combine. Cook for 20 minutes. Cook the bulghar wheat, as per the package instructions. Serve with a leafy green salad, lime wedge and 1/4 avocado.
