PERSONAL TRAINING

We provide one to one sessions and small group training, so you can exercise with a partner or friend, up to 2 people.

 

After an initial consultation, your exercise training program and nutrition goals will be designed to work with your schedule, abilities, interests and, lifestyle.

 

We offer lots of flexible options with sessions from 30 minutes (only at our studio) to 1 hour long; on a weekly or fortnightly basis; ongoing training or one off sessions. Our locations are flexible too and can take place at your home (inside or outside), at our private studio, at Plaxtol Cricket Club, or at a local park.

You can workout with your pets or children too! We understand that it's not always easy to make the time and will try to accommodate your needs to ensure your workout is top priority.

 

You do not need space or equipment to have a good workout, we provide everything you need so that you can bring your enthusiasm and commitment.
