As a personal trainer I provide one to one sessions and small group training for up to 3 people.

Your exercise training program will be designed to work with your schedule, abilities, interests, lifestyle and goals.

All sessions are up to an hour long and can take place at your home, inside or outside, or an alternative location such as a park.

You do not need space or equipment to have a good workout, just enthusiasm and commitment.
