Classes are for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced, all exercises can be amended to suit your level. We have indoor facilities and exercise both outside and inside.

The classes consist of cardiovascular training, high intensity interval training, strength training with both weights and bodyweight, core training and mobility.

Children & Babies welcome but under your supervision.
